Program Overview
Our primary concern is the welfare of our patients, which is why we conduct a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation that includes a thorough medical review, posture and gait analysis, and treatment plan. We aim to provide immediate relief and long-term success by equipping our patients with a comprehensive home program that enables them to continue their progress even after they leave our care.
Our ultimate goal is to help our clients achieve their health goals and maintain a sustainable action plan for long-term success.
-
An introductory 15-minute phone consultation will answer any questions you have and provide us with a chance to do a preliminary review of your case to determine if we are the right fit for you.
-
Our program will begin with a 1-hour virtual call before your in-person visit. We will discuss your history, previous treatments, symptoms, and goals of treatment and begin our assessment process.
-
Once onsite, you will receive daily treatment sessions, including hands-on manual therapy, education, and exercises to help guide your healing process.
-
After you return home, you will have two 30 min follow-up calls to discuss any questions and to provide you with continued support and guidance. We are also happy to help connect you to local providers that can continue your care or conference with an existing provider.
