Dr. Michelle Weeks is the founder of Weeks Wellness. After starting her career in orthopedics focused on treating musculoskeletal and chronic pain conditions, she developed a strong interest in pelvic health, postpartum, and pregnancy physical therapy. She believes in a whole-body treatment approach and is passionate about helping people reach their optimal level of function. Her treatment philosophy balances proven manual therapy techniques with therapeutic exercise prescriptions individually designed for each patient to achieve their goals. 

Dr. Weeks has gone through the CAPP-Pelvic program through the APTA and became a Board Certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist, one of about 500 in the country. Dr. Weeks has also received certification in dry needling through Master Dry Needling. She has obtained advanced training in the areas of visceral and neural manipulation through the Barral Institute, myofascial release, taping, pregnancy, and postpartum through the Institute for Birth Healing, Male Pelvic Pain with Gerard Greene, McKenzie assessment and management of spine and joint conditions and gynecological visceral mobilization. Through continuing education, she continuously advances her skills. She enjoys spending time with her family traveling, hiking, biking, running, and enjoying the great outdoors.  

Dr. Michelle Weeks earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Creighton University and her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Pennsylvania State University.

Anna Feld is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist passionate about promoting whole foods to optimize overall well-being. Anna has always been interested in how nutrition affects our physical and mental wellbeing. After completing her undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville, she completed her dietetic internship at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System in Richmond, VA. She also has her Master's in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has several years of experience working as a Registered Dietitian in pediatrics. Her own preconception and prenatal journey led her to a love of all things maternal and child health, and led her to further her knowledge in maternal nutrition. She knows how stressful it is navigating confusing nutrition advice, especially when you are trying to fuel your body for a healthy pregnancy. Nutrition does affect pregnancy outcomes – so it is important to set your body up for success! Whether you are trying to conceive, already expecting or have begun your postpartum journey – She is here for you. As a breastfeeding mother, she knows how difficult it can be to properly nourish yourself while you are fueling a tiny human being. Let her make it easier for you! Her goal is to help moms and babies THRIVE.

Melissa Harris, OTR/L, CLT, is a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist in Florida and Georgia and a lifelong native of Tallahassee. She earned a bachelor of science degree from Florida A & M University in 1998 and became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist in 2020. Melissa has received her pelvic floor training via Herman and Wallace. She has received visceral training from the Barral Institute. She has taken the Institute of Birth Healing Holistic Treatment of the Postpartum Body and Pregnant Body, Jerry Hesch’s SI course, and is trained in Pessary fitting and management. Melissa specializes in a whole-body treatment approach for all adults. Before becoming an Occupational Therapist, Melissa worked for the Florida Department of Labor, Vocational Rehabilitation, where she recognized a need and passion that could be pursued through the practice of Occupational Therapy. She has been practicing occupational therapy for 25 years working in skilled nursing, outpatient rehab, mental health, and home health settings. 

Melissa has enjoyed a career of helping clients achieve improved quality of life and independence through a holistic approach to care. She looks forward to bringing her experience in Occupational Therapy and lymphedema management and pelvic floor training to you.

Julia is an intuitive Massage Therapist and Sound Healer who specializes in Sound Healing with Tuning forks, Acupressure with Tuning forks, Energetic Bodywork, Reiki, Craniosacral, Pregnancy Massage, Massage Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, and Cupping Therapy. She provides a healing space for you to journey within a safe container to let go and relax from life's stressors.  Julia believes having a clear mind, body, and spirit is essential to living a happy, full life! She is committed to helping others heal and build positive daily habits that are long-lasting and impactful! Julia is also a Structured Water Educator and believes "structured electrolyte water" is key to maintaining harmony within our bodies.  She is passionate about teaching others how to improve hydration habits with structured electrolyte water.

Dr. Sorenson (she/her/hers) is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She attended undergraduate at Florida State University and medical school at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She trained in psychiatry residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Dr. Sorenson worked in Denver before returning to Tallahassee in 2020. She is originally from Central Florida. Dr. Sorenson worked in multiple settings: inpatient, homeless outreach, telemedicine, community mental health and private practice. Dr. Sorenson has special interests in Women's Mental Health/Reproductive Psychiatry, LGBTQI Mental Health, Climate Psychiatry, HIV/AIDs Mental Health, Addictions/Substance Use Disorders, and Psychedelic Psychiatry. Dr. Sorenson is a member of the American Psychiatric Association (APA) and is a co-chair for the APA Climate Caucus. She is also a member of the International Society of Reproductive Psychiatry. Dr. Sorenson is on faculty at FSU College of Medicine and UCF College of Medicine. Dr. Sorenson is licensed in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Colorado. She is willing to see patients for telemedicine in all licensed states, however, she will only prescribe controlled substances for patients seen in the state of Florida.
